Business Model Innovation - Learning from nonprofits, really?

The Boston Consulting Group discusses ten lessons from non profits that can be learned by the business community. The focus is on reframing problems and uncovering new customers to create business models and prototype them.

The new workshop that I have created with my colleague, Chris Vanstone, is exactly focussed on this. The challenge I see is that the NFP sector in Australia still has a long way to go in terms of applying this. The key to this is understanding the tools and frameworks to implement this on an ongoing basis. Hat Tip : Nicholas Gruen, TACSIs Chairman of the Board
